Now, I don't have perfect skin and I'd absolutely love it however I've bee searching around a lot and I've picked up some tips that will guide me towards skin perfection. There are some extremely expensive products that don't even work for the long run too so don't be fooled. I know teenagers dream about it some here is some advice and tip towards it. I've include some do's and don't too.
1. Try not not putting greasy products on your skin.
One of my mates uses Vaseline on her skin and she's covered in pimples. Now I'm not saying this happens to everybody but the grease sinks into the skin and too much off this will cause spots, pimples and even a rash. I'd use non-emollient creams like E45 because they moisture's the skin without drying it or causes spots. If you have acne, talk to your doctor and I'm sure they'd recommend benzyl peroxide if you need it.
2. Eat your greens.
Yeah though most people hate veg, it still contributes towards healthy skin. Some foods such as asparagus have an alkalizing effect on the body.' Green drinks - those containing chlorophyll and wheatgrass - are the best way to create good acidalkaline balance. A liquid chlorophyll supplement, available from chemists, can give you an extra dose of vegetables daily. It can help to neutralise acids in the body so your blood is less likely to become sluggish and inefficient'
Although these are just two tips, you'll see the change in time. Try not to become obsessed with perfect skin. Most of the models that have it are edited or probably just got God's gift. These tips will help you towards getting that spotfree, blackheadfree, blemishfree, clear, perfect skin.
